I live in Florida Kissimmee my question is why are there many houses for sale then?
We can not afford a move here due to the tax structure. If you buy a house, the tax rate will be much more than what the owner pays Curren. They are also safe high. People can pay mortgage and interest base, but when you add the taxes and property insurance, there goes the budget of the people. I think there are 5 or 6 houses on my street for sale now. (And this is not a big street). The more I think some of these people are on drugs because the prices they charge for these homes are crazy. Our house only worth what we pay for what. I can not imagine anyone stupid enough to pay double that of similar houses on the streets. The housing market is in a crisis Florida real at this time. Sorry for all the world.
